Why is this product discounted?

There are tolerances we have to maintain when shipping to our retail partners (think Nordstrom, Bella Bridesmaids, Revolve, etc).  If product falls outside of the tolerance, we cannot ship that product, and it gets added to our discounted website, www.katiemay.net.  The tolerances that these products are outside of are either color or size.  “Size” means that the size chart measurements do not align with the size the product is labeled (it’s either a little smaller or bigger, not more than one size difference).  “Color” means that the color is lighter or darker than the color it is supposed to be.  That is why people cannot purchase these products to match other products for a bridal party, they will not match.  

What size should I order?

Some of these products are out of tolerance in size measurements.  We cannot guarantee the size you are ordering will match the measurements on the size chart listed for that size (it could be one size smaller or bigger), which is why you are able to exchange it and why these products are being sold at discounted rates.

What countries do you ship to?  Are taxes and duties included?

We ship to USA, United Kingdom, Australia, & Canada.  Depending on the value of your order, international customers may be required to pay duties and taxes upon arrival of the goods in their country. Please check with your local customs office for up to date information on this matter. Katie May is not responsible for any taxes or duties that customs may require.

Please note that California residents will need to pay their taxes at checkout, for all other U.S residents no taxes will be due upon checkout. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

When will my order ship?

Katie May will ship out your order within ten (10) working days from when order was placed.  Please note that our office is open Monday – Thursday of each business week, with the exception of the week of December 24th – 27th, our office will be closed for the holiday.

Will you price adjust?

No, unfortunately we will not price adjust on previous purchases. 

How much is shipping?

UPS provides a calculated rate based on the weight of your order, the location the package is being shipped, and the service selected for the shipment.  Please see the options provided once on the checkout screen.

What is your return policy?

We will not accept returns on discounted items.  If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to exchange your order for another gown of equal or greater value and will be responsible for the additional costs incurred.  You have three (3) days from the delivery confirmation of your order to email Katie May, orders "at" katiemay "dot" com, to request an exchange. 

The merchandise you are wishing to exchange MUST be returned back to us within ten (10) business days from the delivery date and must be in the original condition it was sent for us to approve and process the exchange. 

It is your responsibility to package and pay for the return shipping of your merchandise to Katie May:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling to ship the new exchanged merchandise to you.  We are not responsible for any package lost en route to us.
